Parkson Opens In Hung Vuong Plaza, Vietnam

Parkson opened its 3rd store in Vietnam, on 29 June 2007 in the new Hung Vuong Plaza which is the largest complex in Ho Chi Minh City, and in Vietnam.

Hung Vuong Plaza is surrounded by the four most crowded and busy streets of district 5 namely Hung Vuong, Ly Thuong Kiet, Nguyen Kim and Pham Huu Chi. The plaza consists of two structures; with Building A being a 9-storey premium commercial center and Building B comprising two 30-floors of upscale apartments. It is one of the very few projects in Vietnam catering to the needs for housing, relaxation, entertainment and shopping all under one roof.

Parkson Hung Vuong Plaza has a total area of 24,000m2 and offers leading brands of fashion and cosmetics such as Calvin Klein jeans and apparel, Timberland, Esprit, Lacoste, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Ecco, Guess, Lancôme, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Shiseido, Clarins, Thierry Mugler and Issey Miyake.

This is Parkson’s third outlet in Vietnam since opening its 1st store at Saigon Tourist Plaza in Ho Chi Minh City in 2005 followed by its 2nd store in TD Plaza in Hai Phong city. Parkson is targeting to open 10 stores in Vietnam and keeping its leading position in the high-end retail segment in the country offering "Beauty, fashion and lifestyle".
